Iman Saint Jean
Biography:
Iman Saint Jean graduated with her undergraduate degree in Africana Studies from SF State. While studying for her undergraduate degree, she took advantage of the opportunity to partner with the Office of International Programs and she studied Africana Studies aboard in Ghana for one year as well. She returned to SF State to complete a MA degree in Educational Leadership, Social Justice, Equity and Instructional Technologies. She worked closely with faculty from the College of Eduction as well as the Department of Africana Studies to complete a Field Study that focused on Africana Studies curriculum and technological literacy. She is now enrolled in an EdD program at the University of San Francisco, and she teaches middle school in Oakland, California.
