Biography:
Donna Hubbard teaches courses entitled "Law and the Black Community" as well as "Government, the Constitution, and Black Citizens." She also teaches Critical Thinking courses through the College of Ethnic Studies. Professor Hubbard holds a JD and has been teaching at SF State for many years.
